1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment, provided they are in new, unused, and original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory considerations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Accessories by Gun (Specific firearm-related accessories that may be subject to regulation)
- Activity-specific gear (Items designed for tactical or hunting activities that require stringent safety checks)
- Any product that has been installed, used, or removed from its original packaging in a way that prevents resale.
This aligns with our commitment to safety and compliance, especially given the nature of products like those in our A400 Field, APX Series, or 92 Series lines.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship the item without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to:

3. Refund and Exchange Process
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping.
